NTDA RECEIVES DELEGATION OF NIPR (LAGOS-CHAPTER).
The General Manager, New Towns Development Authority (NTDA),Mr. Wasiu Akewusola and the Management team received the delegations of the Nigeria Institute of Public Relations (NIPR) on a courtesy/familiarization visit to the Authority on 4th of July,2018, at the its Corporate head office, Folawewo Street,Allen-Avenue,Ikeja,Lagos.
The familiarization visits bothers on the legislative functions of both NTDA and NIPR for the purpose of partnering on the development of both entities.
Part of the agenda for the visitation are :
I. Ensure the Regularization of the Membership of our members and information officers at NTDA in line with the Decree No. 16:NIPR Practitioners Decree 1990 (Official Gazette)
II. Training & Retraining of our Members and information officers in your establishment to sharpen their skill-sets to remain competitive and for improved service delivery.
III. Full participation of our Members of the activities and programmes of the institute
IV. Facilitate the donation of a landed property for the Lagos NIPR Secretariat
The team was led by the Chairman NIPR ,Lagos Chapter, Mr.Olusegun McMedal.
